Join us on Earth Day for a conversation about how to move your personal commitment to racial justice into action. Our meeting will start with a brief presentation by Deacon Art Miller, an activist and Deacon in the Roman Catholic Church, about the intersection between racial justice and environmental justice. People are invited to ask questions and share their reflections in a brief talkback. The final portion of the meeting is for sharing about the challenges of taking racial action steps in our local church contexts. Even if you have not been a part of our group before, you are welcome to join in this time of mutual support & sharing.
