The reading of Dylan Thomas’ beloved prose poem to Christmas contains cats, snowballs, a hippo, both useless and useful presents, and a bevy of aunts and uncles. Now a Christmas staple at Trinity, people come back each year for a celebration Christmas in a small village in Wales in the memory of one of the greatest English poets.

The 9th annual reading of Dylan Thomas’ beloved classic “A Child’s Christmas in Wales” will be performed by Trinity Players on Saturday, December 8, 2018. The evening of food and festivities begins at 6:00 pm. Drinks and a supper will be served, followed by the staged reading of Dylan Thomas’ beloved classic. After the performance desserts will be served, followed by Christmas carols.
